Jeannie's Hallmark Store use Fed Ex Ground or USPS to ship all products. Your order will include the shipping cost for your order as part of the charge. We only ship within the continental United States.
Refund and Return Policy for Product Orders:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all products that are returned in resaleable condition. Return new books, unopened CDs, DVDs, and any other item in their original condition. Items that are not returned in their original condition and have been opened, or are not returned within 30 days of shipment date, will not receive any credit. You will need to contact us for a RMA # before you send your item back. We will not refund shipping charges to and from your location. Refunds will be for the items only.
